Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's rooms were in desperate need of a makeover, but I did enjoy the fantastic view over the harbour area. The service was mostly courteous, with one incident involving a request for coffee that wasn't handled well. The location, while on an elevated platform, had a bit of a diesel smell detracting from the experience. The dining options were average but satisfying, and the facilities needed some improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms didn't feel homey at all and were in desperate need of a makeover, but the service was generally good. The location was just okay, and the dining experience was average. The facilities offered were basic.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and spacious with a veranda that allowed us to watch the passing fastcrafts, but they looked quite dated and old. Unfortunately, the next room wasn't ready on arrival.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was just average and a bit expensive for what it offered, the cleanliness and spaciousness, along with a veranda overlooking the fastcrafts, added a nice touch. However, the location was convenient with a whiff of diesel in the air, and the dining options, though adequate, did leave room for improvement.
Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, while spacious for our large group, felt a bit dated but were exceptionally clean. The service was accommodating and polite, yet a minor setback was experienced with the coffee order refusal. The location was convenient, although the diesel smell was a downside. The dining experience, although average, was sufficient to start the day. The facilities provided were decent, offering a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
